How do I book a shoot?

What is your typical timeline?
My typical turnaround time is 1–7 days, depending on the size of the session, the type of photo shoot, and the number of images.
Banner Completion
The completion time for banners can vary depending on the team, the design, and the number of athletes involved. Each banner is custom-designed and professionally edited to ensure high-quality results that your team will be proud to display.
Because every project is unique, I’ll provide an estimated timeline once details are confirmed. Clear communication is key to completing banners efficiently, so I’ll work closely with you to gather all the necessary details, photos, and approvals. My goal is always to finish banners as quickly as possible while maintaining the highest standard of quality.
Once the banners are complete, orders placed Monday through Thursday will arrive the next day. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will arrive the following Monday or Tuesday.
Please note: While I work with trusted printers and shipping providers, unexpected delays due to holidays, weather, or carrier issues are outside my control.

Action Photos Payment
For action photos, I use a sign-up system called GF Crew, which makes it easy to register athletes and teams in advance. The platform also includes a secure system to pay with a credit card, ensuring safe and convenient transactions.
GF Crew also makes it simple for parents to share the sign-up link with family and friends, so everyone who wants photos can easily get access.
This streamlined process helps keep everything organized while giving parents and athletes peace of mind that their information is protected.
